STOP Domestic Violence Training

The Office of Victim Advocate has received a STOP Violence Against Women Grant and partnered with the Finding Jenn’s Voice film and curriculum to deliver live virtual training like none other!


Presented live, in a virtual environment, Module 1 teaches skills to recognize domestic violence and provides an
understanding of victimization behaviors. Through the Finding Jenn’s Voice film and Voices 4 Change curriculum, participants will learn about lethality risks and the tools to combat the domestic violence homicide epidemic.

 The curriculum is MOPEC certified to provide 3 CEUs to municipal police officers, as well as 6 hours of PCCD Annual Training. If you work in state/county probation, law enforcement, victim services, the district attorney or district justice office – mark your calendar!



Module 2 provides a virtual training specifically designed for all state/county probation and parole officers. Participants learn techniques to supervise domestic violence perpetrators and in depth knowledge of specialized programs available to provide additional safety, such as address confidentiality and victim wraparound services.
